What do I do if my password becomes disabled, or I forget my user ID?
Please contact your Issuing and Paying Agent account representative or send an email to IPA.US@bofa.com (US) or IPA.Europe@bofa.com (EMEA).
What are the password requirements?
Your password must be at least 8 characters long, contain both alpha and numeric characters as well as including a minimum of one upper case alpha character (for example: Password99).
How secure is the system?

Can I export my trade data to an outside system?
Yes, the data may be exported as a flat data file or as an Excel spreadsheet file. These files can be customized to meet your needs.
